Our support team will provide you with a return form in order to proceed with your return.
Please note, if for any reason you wish to cancel an order please act promptly. Our order processing is a speedy transaction, and new orders usually leave our depots on the same day. If your order has already been shipped, please allow us time to recall and refund it for you. In the first instance please email us at sales@hempiregardens.com, or use the Chatbox available on the Home page of our website.
Once we receive your returned product and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for any returned funds to arrive in your account.
Customers returning products would be required to arrange and pay for the shipping back to the hub where it was dispatched from.
Please note, postage costs will vary depending on the service and carrier selected by the customer, and also the location being shipped from.
However, at the discretion of Hempire Gardens, postage will be paid under specific circumstances, and reasons for return will be assessed on an individual basis.
